Sri Pandava Behera IFS(Rtd)

During my professional career over about 35 years, I have observed that in the modern world, all are growing except two. These two are i) Forests ii) Tribals.

Getting upset on these two, I am associated with all the organizations involved in improving the condition of both. If my presence would help in any manner to uplift these vital issues, i would consider it as a blessing of Almighty.
